The Chairperson, Dr. M. Jeyagowri, welcomed the committee members. The following agenda was discussed:

  • To discuss the Counselling Committee Activities.

Matters Discussed

The Chairperson Dr. M. Jeyagowri welcomed the members and initiated the meeting.

  1. Review of previous meeting minutes.
  2. It was decided to have 2 counselling sessions for the academic year 2026 in the month of January / July.
  3. It was decided to inform the class coordinator to submit their respective counselling session report as soon as the session gets over (within a week).
  4. It was planned to conduct Remedial Classes between 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM for slow and average learners.
