AGENDA:
Grievance Redressal Committee Activities and Rearrangement of The Committee
DISCUSSED:
- The Chairperson Dr.M.Jeyagowri welcomed the members and started the meeting.
- The chairperson invited new member secretary to the committee members and a special student invitee as a member to the committee as per the letter received from DHTE.
- 4 students from all classes were added as a special student invitee member in the committee.
- Members were reinforced about the committee activities.
- Member secretary was encouraged to check the complaint box regularly every month and report it to the principal office for further action.
- It was informed to create awareness on grievance box and grievance registration availability to the students.
- Principal thanked the members and the meeting concluded at 2pm.
- Members expressed satisfaction that no incidents of ragging were reported during the review period, indicating effective implementation of anti-ragging measures within the campus.
- The committee resolved to continue strict vigilance, regular monitoring, and periodic awareness programmes to ensure a ragging-free and safe learning environment.
